Hello Parents- Lots of Information this week- please read until the end!

What a fun first meet at Maple Manor!!! We hope that everyone had so much!! Just a reminder- our swim meets are TEAM EVENTS. ALL SWIMMERS ARE EXPECTED TO STAY UNTIL THE TEAM is done swimming, doing the cheer, shaking hands and cleaning the team area. We know that it can be a long day but we expect all of our swimmers to participate until the end of the meet with the team. Please do not leave before the final cheer and shaking hands.

Night practices this week will be Monday, Wednesday and Thursday!

HOME MEET- Tuesday June 30th- RSVP closes Sunday at midnight- please remember you need to declare your swimmer as ATTENDING or NOT ATTENDING.

MONDAY at practice we will be doing a BREASTSTROKE and BUTTERFLY BOOT CAMP- we asked swimmers what do you want to work on and we had many swimmers indicate stroke work.  If you are able please attend practice Monday for a fun bootcamp to get our swimmers ready for these strokes. Practice is so important and we encourage all swimmers to attend!

Picture day is Tuesday, June 30th. Paper Forms will be available but to make life easier:

At Check-out locate Hideaway Swim & Dive (6/30) in the dropdown menu, fill out the order form with the requested information. Please use your child’s name for PLAYER INFORMATION. ONLY ONE athlete per form, please

All Pre-Orders will be shipped for free to the organization approximately 3-4 weeks after pictures are taken. Coaches will hand out the orders at their discretion.

**The online Pre-Order link will be available until Wednesday 7/1, after that date, the ordering link will be closed during processing. Once the orders are delivered to the school, you can order using the RE-ORDER option online.

Picture Day Schedule is:

6:30-8:00- Early Bird practice

7:30-8:30- Group 1 Swimmers

9:00am- Arrival for all swimmers- some individual photos will be taken before-

9:30am- Team Pictures- After Team PIctures the remainder of Individuals pictures will be taken and swimmers will be treated to Pancakes!!

10:30am- Event Ends- swimmers can leave anytime after their picture has been taken and they ate their pancakes :) All swimmers should be picked up by 10:30 at the latest.

Champs Shirts Preorders

The store is open for the CSL Championship shirt preorders. Shirts are $15 and the store will close on 7/6. Shirts will also be available at Champs on a first come, first serve basis. 

Calling Hurricane Helpers Are you at practices and seeing things that could be cleaner or nicer at the club? Need volunteer hours? Well while you’re at practice you can now fulfill those hours with jobs such as : weeding, watering, picking up trash/sticks and other tasks that you think need to be done. There is a clipboard in the managers office for you to log your time. Hours will be forwarded to the board for credit.
